121 Personal Training is delivered in our Central London location. Online coaching is accessible from anywhere in the world. Both services can produce outstanding results. Please read below to see which service would be the best fit for you.

121 PERSONAL TRAINING

One to one training is our primary service which allows us to build relationships with clients, and this is the foundation for real results. Without genuine connection, trust and respect it is unrealistic for you to expect anything great to come from our time together.

 

Our goal is to get to know you personally. What drives you? what challenges you face? And what makes you tick?

Before we start any training together, it’s important to understand exactly where you are physically, mentally and emotionally. And then where you would like to be, what is the dream, desire or goal?

 

It’s important for you to understand that simply exercising will not be enough for you to get the results you want. You will have to train with purpose, inside and outside the gym. There are 168hrs in a week, spending only 3hrs a week with your trainer will not be enough. What you do with the other 165hrs will be absolutely crucial in you achieving your goal.

 

You will need to train your mind and body by creating sustainable habits and rituals to manage stress better, 
to sleep better and to eat better. Mindset and nutrition 
are the two biggest components for achieving results and 
long-term success.

 

We can give you the tools and teach you the techniques needed to create long lasting change. You just have to be willing to give your all. Be honest with yourself and most importantly trust process.

Online Coaching

Online coaching is a fantastic opportunity for those that want the results, but unfortunately are unable to get to a location for in-person training.

 

Like personal training, it is important that we still have and maintain face-to-face interaction. This can be achieved weekly through video calls.

 

After the initial consultation, we can deliver comprehensive training and nutritional plans over email and through the client app. Progression is monitored closely through the app and weekly check-in emails, where we can feedback any adjustments or tweaks for you to implement for the 

following week.

 

Online training requires a level of self motivation and disciplined. It helps if you’ve had a PT before or have some experience lifting weights, but this is not essential for you to achieve fat loss results. You will have our full support, guidance and accountability.

 

We manage what we measure, the more detailed your check-ins are, the more thorough and specific we can be with your feedback. Once you get in the swing of reporting back with your progress, your results flow.
